The company name stands for "time-to-market," reflecting its commitment to providing time-critical, one-stop design, engineering, and manufacturing services that help customers reduce development time and accelerate product launches.
We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. Whether you are an experienced manufacturing professional or just starting your career, TTM offers a supportive workplace where all skillsets can thrive. We believe in creating an environment where employees can make a real impact on the work we do.
This position serves as a vital link in our quality assurance process, operating under limited supervision to prepare and maintain inspection and returned merchandise authorization (RMA) reports. The role requires the ability to interpret quality control specifications and manage the documentation of customer rejections and complaints.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for receiving RMA products, documenting issues on RMA Travelers, and maintaining detailed traceability records for each unit returned. You will work closely with Quality Engineers to drive corrective and preventive actions on workmanship returns and provide initial disposition on the cause and responsibility of any escapes. The role demands a high level of attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently while upholding the highest quality standards during rework and re-inspection processes.
At TTM, we invest in your growth through programs like our Operator Advancement Program, which supports employees in certifying their skills and building their careers. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience, along with annual reviews to ensure your growth aligns with performance and market trends.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K options, and paid time off. We provide 10 paid holidays and 3 weeks of paid time off annually to help you recharge. Benefits become available on the first of the month following your date of hire.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, or protected veteran status.
