As a System Commissioning Specialist within the Schneider Development Program - Digital Power Technical Program, you will support the deployment of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) at data centers and commercial/industrial clients. You will collaborate with Application Engineers, contractors, and end-users in construction environments to handle software installation, customization, integration, start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of monitoring equipment. Your day will involve defining system operation requirements with customers, documenting as-built systems, and ensuring seamless device communication.
This program offers opportunities starting in January and July of 2026 at our Franklin, TN location, with opportunities across the US. Successful candidates must be available to relocate within the US following the program.

Experience in Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, Building Automation Systems, Systems Integration, or Energy Management Systems. Experience with electrical equipment and knowledge of electricity, power generation, distribution, and power quality concepts. Familiarity with industry-standard SCADA communication protocols, computer networking architectures, and HMI configuration. Direct experience with Schneider Electric's proprietary software and relevant certifications.
