As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Testing and Insights), you will sit at the intersection of innovation, analysis, and strategy. This on-site role in Topeka, Kansas, is designed for a curious mind with a passion for data and research. You will help shape the future of our marketing and media efforts by identifying new opportunities, testing new strategies, and providing key insights that drive advisor growth. Your day will involve planning pilot campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and translating complex data into clear narratives that inform executive strategy.

Experience with designing and executing campaign testing (ex. A/B or split test experiments) or pilot projects with measurable outcomes. Familiarity with organic content strategy (social media, YouTube) and its role in driving tangible business results. Experience planning or managing performance marketing campaigns across digital (e.g., Google Ads, Meta) or traditional media (broadcast TV, radio, etc.). Experience in a fast-paced team environment or agency setting.
