This position serves as the operational backbone for AmFirst's email and direct mail marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, creation, and tracking of data-enhanced branding efforts, ensuring that every campaign aligns with the organization's strategic goals. The role exists to bridge the gap between creative strategy and data-driven execution, optimizing how we engage with our members through targeted communications.
In this capacity, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including mailhouses and graphic designers, to bring marketing visions to life. Your day-to-day involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and leveraging insights from the Business Intelligence department to inform future planning. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative execution, as you continuously refine behavioral targeting and best practices to drive results.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate a strong foundation in digital marketing concepts, with specific proficiency in email campaign execution and tools like Google Analytics.
