About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind the firm's digital presence. You will own digital campaigns, optimizing performance and tracking KPIs to ensure strategic alignment. Your day-to-day will involve creating compelling content, from blogs and emails to social posts and website copy, while managing platforms like WordPress and HubSpot. You will analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to build dashboards and share insights with leadership, ensuring every campaign drives measurable results. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and stay ahead of emerging trends like AI-driven search.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule designed to balance collaboration and flexibility. The candidate will work in-office on Wednesdays in downtown Richmond and remotely for the remainder of the week. The daily schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. To qualify, candidates must reside in the greater Richmond, Virginia area to facilitate in-office attendance on Wednesdays and potential meetings as needed.
