About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic development and execution of our digital brand identity. This position is designed for a creative partner who can serve Executive and Field Leadership by shaping the narrative of our essential infrastructure work.
You will take full ownership of our social media landscape, identifying growth opportunities and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. A key part of your day will involve visiting active job sites to capture high-quality photography and video, translating complex heavy civil operations—such as underground utilities and treatment plant construction—into authentic visual narratives. You will act as the primary lead for our internal brand image, ensuring all digital efforts reinforce our mission and culture while managing external creative vendors and maintaining our WordPress website.

Application Instructions
Candidates must be based in or commuting to Smyrna, GA, and be willing to travel regularly to Metro-Atlanta job sites.
