The role bridges the gap between creative strategy and data-driven performance, ensuring that paid media, lead nurture workflows, and landing page experiences effectively convert prospects into students.
In this capacity, you will manage paid social and display campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google, while leveraging HubSpot to build sophisticated lead nurture sequences. The position requires a blend of technical precision in campaign optimization and creative collaboration to produce compelling ad assets. You will work primarily remotely from Minneapolis, with occasional onsite requirements to support team collaboration and creative production.
