The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution, driving the continuous optimization of the company's website experience. This unique position blends hands-on CMS management and light front-end development with data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will translate approved designs into high-quality live web experiences while actively improving traffic quality, engagement, and conversion rates through analytics, SEO, and CRO best practices.
This role is ideal for a technical, detail-oriented digital marketer who enjoys both building and optimizing. Your day will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the website CMS, from creating pages and updating content to troubleshooting technical issues. You will implement landing pages and campaign experiences using approved designs, applying HTML and CSS updates to customize layouts and forms. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to monitoring performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, identifying opportunities to refine user journeys and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements.
Beyond technical execution, you will act as a strategic partner to marketing stakeholders, aligning website updates with broader campaign goals. You will also provide hands-on support to the broader digital marketing team, assisting with email marketing execution and form management across various platforms. Staying current on CMS capabilities, SEO trends, and digital tools will be a constant part of your workflow.
