About the Role
As a hands-on Web Experience Developer, you will take ownership of the web presence across our four brands. This role is distinct from traditional product engineering; you won't be building core product features or working within rigid engineering workflows. Instead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and maintenance of our marketing websites, ensuring they remain high-performing assets.
You will thrive in this position if you enjoy solving problems independently, navigating different codebases and CMS platforms, and bringing marketing ideas to life quickly. Your day will involve building responsive web pages from Figma designs, managing content and campaigns across multiple systems, and analyzing existing code to implement safe improvements. You will balance planned work with reactive requests, pushing updates live efficiently while optimizing for performance, usability, and SEO.
