About the Role
As a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, helping to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits for evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan development, while objectively measuring patient outcomes using cutting-edge software. You will work closely with operations to meet patient care needs and communicate with primary treating clinicians to revise treatment plans as appropriate.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a hybrid schedule of three days in person at a CORA clinic and two days working remotely.
