CORA Physical Therapy is a community built on the passion and experience of clinicians who embrace a commitment to Treating Everyone Right. We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. You will work 3 days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and 2 days remotely, serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
In this role, you will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population while leveraging digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning. You will perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software, and actively participate in the development and marketing of our digital health program. Your work will directly impact the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment and help optimize remote services at CORA.
Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the outpatient setting. The role requires a willingness to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
