Our vision is a world of peaceful relationships with food, weight, and body image, where everyone with an eating disorder can experience recovery. We believe that exceptional, individualized care leads to lasting recovery from eating disorders. That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.
As a Dietetic Technician, you will work closely with adults and adolescent clients, their families, and staff—including registered dietitians, therapists, food service, and behavioral health technicians—to provide guidance and education on nutrition and support on nutritional needs. You will be an integral part of the recovery journey, participating in meals and snacks with clients and their families to foster a supportive environment.
In this role, you will assist the dietitian in completing clinical tasks such as daily weight tracking, case management, group preparation, and meal planning. You will also coordinate the day-to-day ordering of external meal purchases in partnership with registered dietitians and help create and deliver nutrition education materials per department guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and food storage area is also a key part of your daily responsibilities.
We offer a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday, ensuring no weekend work. Our compensation starts between $18 and $25 per hour, with the final offer determined by your qualifications and experience.
We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package. Full-time employees receive HSA and PPO insurance options (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental insurance (Delta Dental), and vision insurance (EyeMed). We also provide short-term and long-term disability insurance, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching up to 6% of your compensation. Additionally, we offer a generous PTO plan that accrues annually, along with seven paid holidays and one floating holiday to help maintain work-life balance.
