From preparing trays and assisting with meal service to keeping work areas clean and organized, you'll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare meals, snacks, and beverages following specific guidelines
- check_circleServe meals and ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
- check_circleAssist with room delivery service by assembling patient trays and loading carts
- check_circleCheck accuracy of meal trays against patient and resident menu selections
- check_circleTake inventory of kitchen supplies and food items and replenish supplies as needed
- check_circleMaintain a professional, organized, and clean working environment
- check_circleKeep temperature and supplement logs up to date as required
- check_circleFollow infection control practices including hand washing and isolation precautions
- check_circleReport safety hazards and adhere to accreditation and compliance standards
