About the Role
As a Dietary Technician at The Grand at Utica, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional care for our residents. City of Utica is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Completion of an ACEND-accredited Nutrition and Dietetics Technician program; Minimum of an Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university; Successful completion of 450 hours of supervised practice in healthcare, foodservice, or community nutrition programs; Certification: Must have passed the Commission on Dietetic Registration's (CDR) national examination to become a Certified Nutrition and Dietetics Technician (NDTR); and Strong knowledge of dietary and nutrition principles, food safety, and sanitation practices.
