In this position, you will join our team as a Dietitian to develop and manage nutritional care programs designed to enhance the quality of life for Erickson Community residents. You will play a pivotal role in supporting dining operations within our Continuing Care environment, ensuring that all services and programs strictly comply with federal, state, and local regulations.\n Your day-to-day impact involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide nutritional counseling and education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing nutritional care plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating them into overall care plans for residents. This includes monitoring and documenting the nutritional status of Continuing Care residents, as well as evaluating and reporting on the nutritional needs and discharge summaries for Home Health and Hospice residents. Additionally, you will oversee food production systems and sanitation, ensuring menu compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to the supervision, training, and evaluation of dining services staff.
