About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar for our maintenance operations, bridging the gap between drivers and technicians. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and safety of our heavy-duty and light-duty fleet, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems. Your day-to-day involves partnering with drivers to complete post-trip and vehicle safety inspections, conducting safety checks during safety lanes and preventative maintenance (PM) sessions, and performing essential lubrication and repair tasks on a variety of equipment such as rear load, front load, roll-off, grapple, and porta-potty trucks.

Beyond hands-on maintenance, you will act as a communicator between A & B technicians and drivers, discussing vehicle issues and preventative techniques to minimize future repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment, handling all required documentation and computer data entry with precision. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work both inside and outside, occasionally facing extreme weather conditions during road calls.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to attend and participate in corporation-sponsored training courses as assigned to stay current with technology and job requirements.
