About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar within our maintenance operations, bridging the gap between drivers and senior technicians. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and safety of our heavy-duty and light-duty fleet, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems. Your day will involve active collaboration with drivers to complete post-trip and vehicle safety inspections, identifying visible issues such as leaks, body damage, or lighting failures.

Beyond inspection, you will perform essential preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, fluid top-ups, and tire pressure adjustments. You will work alongside A and B technicians to support repairs on various equipment types, from rear and front-loaders to roll-offs and port-a-lots. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment while documenting all repairs and parts usage accurately.
