About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar for our maintenance operations, bridging the gap between drivers and technicians to ensure fleet reliability and safety. You will be instrumental in performing preventative maintenance services on a wide array of heavy and light-duty trucks, including gasoline, diesel, and CNG systems.

Your day will involve active collaboration with drivers to complete daily post-trip and vehicle safety inspections, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready. You will conduct thorough safety checks during safety lanes and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, handling tasks ranging from lubrication and fluid top-ups to basic repairs on chassis and body components. Working alongside A & B technicians, you will assist in diagnosing issues with lights, mirrors, brakes, and suspension systems, while also documenting parts usage and repair data to maintain accurate records.

Beyond the technical work, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment that complies with corporate and OSHA standards. This role requires physical stamina to work both inside and outside, often in extreme weather conditions, and the ability to navigate the demands of a busy service environment.
