As a Dialysis Registered Nurse at U.S. Renal Care, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with chronic and acute kidney disease within our outpatient and home dialysis programs. This role is designed to make a direct impact on patients' quality of life by assessing needs, initiating hemodialysis treatments, and managing complications while maintaining strict safety standards.
You will collaborate closely with nephrologists, technicians, dietitians, and social workers to develop individualized care plans. A key part of your day involves educating patients and families on treatment protocols, self-care, and disease management, as well as documenting clinical data accurately in the electronic health record. Beyond clinical duties, you will help precept and support teammates, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous learning.
