About Mindbank Consulting Group
Mindbank Consulting Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team on a permanent, W2 salaried basis. This is a direct hire opportunity for a government contract; third-party contractors and 1099 arrangements are not applicable.
About the Role
In this position, you will resolve complex problems by delivering complete end-to-end solutions within a fast, agile environment. The role extends beyond coding, offering the opportunity to contribute to building systems that make a meaningful impact. You will partner with product managers, executives, and customers to foster open communication, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.\n The ideal candidate brings a strong appetite for learning and the skills required to take software and systems from initial vision through to production readiness. You will work alongside backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring solutions align with the current architecture while accommodating future functionality. Through this work, you will play a key role in shaping systems that endure.
Location and Schedule
This is a 100% remote position within the United States. However, in-person attendance is required for badging and equipment pickup at one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Hyattsville, MD; Pittsburg, PA; Morgantown, WV; Cincinnati, OH; or Fort Collins, CO.
The schedule follows standard business hours, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours per week. No travel is required.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for this government contract, candidates must hold a Public Trust Clearance. This requires living in the US or a US territory continuously for the last three (3) years. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid work permit (Green Card) or be a US Citizen. Military and government employee exemptions may apply.
