About the Role

As an RV Detail Technician, you will be the final touchpoint before a customer receives their new or trade-in RV. Your primary mission is to ensure every sold unit is spotless, polished, and ready for delivery, providing an excellent first impression that enhances customer satisfaction and our brand reputation.

In this role, you will work primarily on sold units, reviewing daily schedules to identify which trailers require attention. You will thoroughly clean each unit from top to bottom, inspecting for any visible damage or maintenance needs to report to the service department. Your work ensures that every RV meets our high standards, supporting the sales and service teams by delivering vehicles in impeccable condition on schedule.
