About the Role
The Design Phase Manager II serves as the primary bridge between the owner's vision and the final construction reality. In this role, you will lead the design process, ensuring that customer experience, financial performance, and schedule goals are met before transitioning smoothly to construction operations. You will act as the central point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, fostering an integrated team experience through collaboration and clear communication.
This position requires a proactive leader who can anticipate critical issues and creatively problem-solve in an ever-changing environment. You may manage two projects simultaneously or focus on one larger, complex project. Beyond technical oversight, you will mentor and guide design phase team members, offering effective coaching to support their career growth and ensuring the team operates with high professionalism and confidentiality.
