The Design Manager serves as a pivotal leader within the semiconductor industry, overseeing the development and delivery of large-scale, complex products. This role is designed for a creative professional with a deep technical understanding of the entire design lifecycle, from initial brainstorming to final construction. You will act as the bridge between lead engineers, project managers, and diverse design disciplines, driving problem-solving efforts for intricate design challenges.
In this position, you will not only manage the design process but also cultivate a culture of innovation. Your day-to-day involves mentoring team members, motivating them to achieve ambitious goals, and ensuring that design intent is preserved throughout the project. You will be responsible for embedding sustainability principles into the design cycle, making informed recommendations on materials, and ensuring that all work aligns with the client's vision, scope, and expectations.
This is a full-time, in-office role located in the metro Phoenix area. We are seeking local candidates or those willing to self-relocate to the area; remote work and out-of-country support are not available for this position. US work authorization is required.

Licensed in Arizona or in United States as an architect or engineer. HVAC design experience (5 years). Cost management experience (5 years). AutoCAD experience (5 years). Revit experience (5 years).
Skills: Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, Recap Software, Hvac Design, Cost Management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related industry required.
