About the Role
We are seeking Electromechanical Engineers to join a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team dedicated to reliable electronic system design. This role is critical for creating detailed mechanical layouts for Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) boards, ensuring precise fit, clearance, and tolerance compliance. You will serve as the bridge between mechanical and electrical domains, selecting appropriate connectors and managing the integration of boards with enclosures.
In this position, you will not only design but also troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews, and define test plans. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, systems, reliability, and manufacturing teams to manage documentation and BOMs effectively.
