About the Role
We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team at our Ft. Meade, MD location. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity designed for a leader who thrives in a high-stakes environment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive management across multiple projects, overseeing program scope, schedule, budget, and risk. You will be the operational backbone of the team, assisting in the management of day-to-day program operations to ensure quality standards are met. Your day will involve rigorous program tracking and analysis of assigned aspects, providing technical and analytic guidance to the program team, and strategically scheduling and assigning work to both subordinates and subcontractors.
