This position serves as a vital component of the Bank Operations Wires and Instant Payments department. The Deposit Ops Analyst II performs daily operational tasks that are modern and complex in nature, requiring strong analytical capabilities to assess and proactively mitigate risk and potential losses to the Bank. The role demands a high level of commitment to service quality and teamwork while navigating the intricacies of domestic and international wire transfers, end-of-day proofs with the Federal Reserve, internal accounting, and exception reviews for OFAC and fraud potential hits.
You will support the RTP and FedNow payments rails, handling wire investigations, research, and reviews. While the specific duties may evolve based on the bank's requirements, the role is designed to be dynamic, often including special projects as they arise. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, ensuring client satisfaction through superior knowledge, courtesy, and accuracy.
This role is based remotely. However, candidates must reside in one of the following states: West Virginia, Virginia, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., New York, New Jersey, Arizona, North Carolina, Georgia, or South Dakota.
