About the Role
We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients while supporting your team in promoting a positive image of the company. Your day will involve participating in morning huddles—where you might even lead the session—to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and express appreciation to your colleagues. You will work alongside a dedicated support team, typically consisting of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring a smooth flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
