About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. This role is designed for someone who loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, while also caring for adults. You will partner with a dedicated support team—including a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants—to deliver excellent dental services and create memorable experiences for patients aged 3 to 21 and beyond.

Beyond clinical duties, you will be an integral part of our culture. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration, and even lead these sessions.
