About the Role
We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. This role is designed for someone who loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences for both kids and adults. You will partner with a dedicated support team—including hygienists, hygiene assistants, and dental assistants—to deliver excellent dental services in a collaborative setting.
Your day will be defined by teamwork and community impact. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus, and even lead sessions to appreciate your team. Beyond clinical duties, you will take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. This opportunity offers significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration, allowing you to make a tangible impact on the lives of patients aged 3 to 21, as well as the adult population.
