We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care to children and adults, creating memorable experiences for our patients. You will work within a supportive team structure, including a hygienist, a hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, to deliver care to a patient base primarily aged 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
Your day will involve managing an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients using modern tools like DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Beyond clinical duties, you will actively participate in morning huddles to plan your day, foster collaboration, and celebrate customer focus.
