About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. This role is designed for someone who loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences for both kids and adults. You will be part of a team that values teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation, ensuring that every patient receives excellent care.

In this position, you will take care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. Your day will involve joining morning huddles to plan your schedule, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and let your team know how much you appreciate them. You will work alongside a dedicated support team, including a hygienist, a hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants, to manage an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.

This opportunity offers significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You will utilize our modern practice tools, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, while adhering to yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training standards.
