We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care while helping us create memorable experiences for children and adults. You will be part of a collaborative team that values mutual respect and cooperation, with a patient base where children make up 70% or more of our community.
Your day will be defined by teamwork and community engagement. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight customer focus, and celebrate team achievements. You may even lead these huddles to foster a culture of appreciation and collaboration. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company.
