About the Role

As a Lead Dentist and Managing Clinical Director, you will lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. This role is designed for a dentist who wants to achieve success by assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

In this position, you will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and offer treatment planning options to patients. You will provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency while maintaining an awareness of the budget and working in conjunction with the Operations team to attain financial objectives. Additionally, you will mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals, keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
