About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care to children and adults, helping us create more memorable experiences for our patients. You will work within a collaborative team structure that values mutual respect and cooperation, with a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3–21.

Your day will involve taking care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and run team meetings to appreciate your colleagues.
