About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. This role is designed for someone who loves working with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, while also caring for adults. You will partner with a dedicated support team—including a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants—to provide excellent dental services and create memorable experiences for patients aged 3 to 21 and beyond.

Your day will be defined by collaboration and community impact. You will participate in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight examples of customer focus and teamwork, and even lead these sessions to foster a culture of appreciation. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the opportunity to take care of your community by participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company.
