About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care while helping us create memorable experiences for children and adults. You will be part of a team that values teamwork and truly cares about its patients.
Your day will involve taking care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, share appreciation with your team, and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base.
This opportunity offers significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You will work in a practice equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Our team structure includes a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, allowing for efficient patient flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
