About the Role
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while creating beautiful smiles for our community. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, guaranteeing high levels of guest satisfaction and fostering a positive company culture.
In this position, you will lead, mentor, and support the dental team, providing opportunities for professional development while ensuring collaborative success. Your day will involve managing patient service issues with professionalism, creating efficient staff schedules, and analyzing key metrics to drive office growth. You will also guide patients through treatment plans with compassion, helping them overcome financial barriers to care. Additionally, you may be called upon to travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations.
