About the Role
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our practice, overseeing all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational success, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience. You will foster office morale, create staff schedules, and manage patient service issues to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
Every day, you will help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community. You will guide treatment plans with compassion, assist patients in making informed decisions, and track office performance through detailed reporting. Additionally, you may be called upon to travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations.
