About the Role

As a Center Manager, you will act as the general manager for a Plasma Collection Center, serving as the face of Grifols to our donors and the operational leader for our team. This role exists to ensure the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and quality while driving the center's efficiency and growth.

In this position, you will create an organizational environment that stimulates morale and productivity. Your day-to-day involves managing staff, overseeing donor selection and plasma collection, and ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations, including FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards. You will build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term donation, while also managing facility operations, inventory, and financial records. Beyond operations, you will serve as a mentor to your team and other centers, fostering a culture of professional growth and shared enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our donors.
