About the Team

Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx is a high-energy, patient-first practice located in the heart of the Bronx. We serve a diverse patient base with comprehensive services ranging from general and cosmetic dentistry to orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery. With over 250 reviews and a 4.9-star rating, our team has built a strong reputation for quality care and personalized service.

We are a proud affiliate of Affinity Dental Management, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. Our modern facility features digital charting, private treatment rooms, and a calming reception space designed to make every patient feel at ease. With 12 fully equipped operatories, we provide a spacious, efficient, and collaborative environment where dental professionals can thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our cohesive team. Whether you are a seasoned RDH or a newer hygienist eager to learn, this role is designed for someone who shares our passion for exceptional care. You will be part of a supportive group that values your voice and celebrates your skills.

In this position, you will greet and seat patients with warmth, conduct periodontal assessments, perform scaling and root planing, and apply fluoride treatments. A key part of your day involves educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative strategies while maintaining detailed, compliant clinical notes. You will collaborate closely with dentists to identify treatment needs and adhere to strict infection control and OSHA guidelines. Please note that x-ray capture is not required for this role.

We offer a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) that fits your lifestyle, with practice hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are committed to your professional growth, offering continuing education support, training, and opportunities for mentorship.

Hiring Process

Ready to bring your passion for patient care to the Bronx? We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply. All candidates' employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check, reference check, and employment verification.

Equal Opportunity

Concerned Dental Care is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. We are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive team.
