At Tend, we are redefining what it means to grow a career in dentistry. Our mission is to deliver the highest standard of care anywhere by combining a hospitality-driven approach with cutting-edge technology. We are a team of esteemed clinical leaders and experience-obsessed colleagues who value science over sales, leading with empathy, transparency, and integrity. We foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where team members go the extra mile for each other and for every patient who walks through our doors.
Our model is built for driven hygienists who value autonomy, crave efficiency, and take pride in high-performance care. We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive environment where both our patients and our teams feel respected, represented, and truly cared for. Whether you are clinical or corporate, you will be part of something meaningful, surrounded by people who care.
As a Dental Hygienist at Tend, you will deliver top-tier preventive care in a modern, thoughtfully designed studio. You will work within our Team (Assisted) Hygiene model, partnering closely with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize your schedule, manage sterilization, and support patient care. This partnership allows you to focus on clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences without the administrative burdens that often slow down traditional practices.
You will treat a well-booked schedule of patients, utilizing advanced tools and systems to provide comprehensive care. From prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance to digital scanning and whitening, you will operate in an environment designed for efficiency. Your day will involve collaborating with dentists to identify treatment plans, proactively driving hygiene production by maximizing chair time, and engaging in ongoing professional development through CE opportunities and peer collaboration.
We believe in taking care of people by taking care of our own. You will receive transparency and support to help you thrive, with no surprises—just opportunity. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a monthly bonus based on production, with top earners making up to $78/hr including bonus. There are no production quotas here; just a shared commitment to doing what's right for our patients.
We look for candidates who embody our Tend values: Tending to Others, Being Brave Enough to Lead, Savoring the Ride, Embracing Our Differences, and being Rooted in Growth. We hire based on key competencies such as earning trust, working together, and adapting with ease. If you are ready to join a team that is innovating dentistry and growing together, we invite you to apply.
