As a Dental Hygienist at Tend, you will deliver top-tier preventive care in a modern studio with the support of a dedicated dental assistant through our Team (Assisted) Hygiene model. This role is built for driven hygienists who value autonomy, crave efficiency, and take pride in high-performance care. You will treat a well-booked schedule of patients, utilizing the tools, systems, and support needed to deliver clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences.
In this position, you will partner with dentists to identify treatment plans and proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and recommending preventive care. You will work within a team-driven clinical environment to enhance patient experiences, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and personalized education. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work full-time, part-time, or on a PRN basis.
