About the Role
At Aspen Dental, dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers. You will serve as a valued clinical partner to the doctor, enjoying the autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care based on clinical indicators, and educate patients without the pressure of being rushed.
Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced hygienist, you will work in a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. What to Expect
You will manage a manageable schedule of 5–7 patients per day, ensuring time for thorough assessments and meaningful care. The role includes a structured two-week onboarding and training program to support a confident transition into patient care. You will utilize digital tools and workflows that streamline charting and support clinical decision-making, alongside hands-on experience with advanced technology such as voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI.
Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities are designed to fit your life. You will also have access to ongoing learning and career growth through TAG University, offering in-person and virtual programs and continuing education (CE) to advance your career beyond the chair. Additionally, you will partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support.

Requirements
