About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk team member to serve as the warm face of our clinic. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for serving the diverse Hialeah community. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that every patient and family member has a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door.
In this position, you will manage the flow of the front office, handling appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups while efficiently addressing phone calls and emails. Your ability to collaborate with our clinical team will be essential in ensuring smooth patient flow and coordination throughout the day.
