About the Role
The Dental Clinical Lead plays a key leadership role within our clinics, providing day-to-day clinical guidance to dental staff while also offering hands-on clinical support as needed. This position is designed for someone who enjoys blending clinical expertise with leadership—supporting dental teams, improving clinic efficiency, and making a meaningful impact on oral health.
You will help ensure smooth clinic operations and foster a supportive team environment that reflects our commitment to the community. The role involves partnering with the dental team to optimize workflows and productivity, while maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for both patients and team members. This is a unique opportunity to drive quality care and patient education in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM.
