About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. In this role, you will partner with dentists and the practice team to ensure a seamless patient experience. From greeting guests with a smile to assisting with complex procedures, your work ensures that treatment runs smoothly and patients feel comfortable. You will utilize cutting-edge technology, such as digital iTero scanners, to provide accurate diagnostic data, while also taking the time to educate patients on oral hygiene practices that promote long-term health.
Hiring Process
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about dental care and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment. If you have an active Registered Dental Assistant License, current CPR certification, and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA, we want to hear from you. Please note that for new acquired offices (DeNovo), travel may be required.
