About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and the dental team. You will be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Every day, you will help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community. You will work alongside a collaborative practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, utilizing cutting-edge technology like digital iTero scans to provide accurate diagnostic data. Whether you are assisting with procedures, managing patient flow, or educating patients on oral hygiene, your work directly impacts patient satisfaction and long-term oral health.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about dental care and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment. If you have an active Registered Dental Assistant License, current CPR certification, and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA, we want to hear from you.

Note: For new acquired offices (DeNovo), travel may be required.
