About the Role
As a Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. In this role, you will partner with dentists and the practice team to ensure smooth patient experiences. From greeting guests with a smile to assisting with complex procedures, your work ensures that treatment runs efficiently and safely. You will utilize cutting-edge technology, such as digital iTero scanners, to provide accurate diagnostic data and support custom dental appliance creation. Your efforts in maintaining infection control standards and educating patients on oral hygiene will directly impact long-term patient health.

Hiring Process
We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new team members. To apply, please submit your application highlighting your active Registered Dental Assistant License and relevant experience. Note that for newly acquired DeNovo offices, travel may be required as part of the role.
