The Delivery Specialist is the face of our service on the road, maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. Beyond transportation, this role is vital to our customer experience, handling cash-on-delivery transactions and managing the return of customer cores and warranty items. You will serve as a mobile extension of the store, communicating special needs to management and ensuring every delivery leaves a positive impression.
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day rhythm. You will operate company vehicles equipped with fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Your day includes rigorous safety checks, keeping vehicles clean and secure, and managing fuel and keys. While the primary focus is delivery, the role is flexible; you may occasionally assist customers in-store, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising and stocking tasks when business demands it.
