About the Role
The Delivery Specialist is the vital link between our store and our professional customers, responsible for maintaining and operating store vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently. Beyond transportation, this role involves collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and managing customer returns. The position requires adaptability to changing delivery situations and strong interpersonal communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
While the primary focus is on delivery operations, the role is dynamic. Depending on business needs, you may occasionally assist customers directly, serve as a cashier, or help with merchandising tasks such as stocking and straightening inventory. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired to better serve our diverse customer base.
Hiring Process
Qualified candidates with a valid state driver's license and a driving record meeting the company's 14/18-point record system are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates are especially welcome.
